A. Installation instructions are included with your water pump.

4. Do you give discounts to seniors?

A. Our prices are very competitive and therefore we do not give discounts to seniors.

6. May I purchase a water pump at your shop or do you only ship by freight?

A. Yes, you can come into our store and purchase your water pump.

7. Do you install water pumps?

A. We can recommend a contractor to install your pump or do so ourselves if if you are in our service area. However, the installation is relatively simple and instructions are included.

8. Does the water pump come with a warranty card or is the receipt required if I have to return it?

A. Your purchase receipt is your warranty card should you need to return your water pump.

9. How can I tell which water pump is correct for me?

10. Why do I need a pump cover?

A. We recommend that you use a pump cover to protect your pump from all types of weather.

11. Do you also sell the fittings I would need?

A. Yes, your credit card details are safe when you order online. All of your details are protected by our privacy policy and will not be shared with any other organisation unless we are instructed to by the courts.

15. Who pays for shipping if the water pump is defective?

A. If your pump is defective, Superior Tanks will pay the shipping cost for your pump to be returned to us.

16. How do I service my water pumps?

17. How do I know when to order a submersible versus a pressure water pump?
